Description

These 3 Ingredient Banana Oat Cookies are easy to make with just ripe bananas, rolled oats, and your favorite add-in. Healthy, naturally sweet, and perfect for quick snacks or breakfasts.

Ingredients

Scale

2 ripe bananas, mashed

1 cup rolled oats

½ cup add-in of choice (chocolate chips, raisins, nuts, or shredded coconut)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Mash the bananas in a medium bowl until smooth.

3. Add oats and your chosen add-in. Mix until fully combined.

4. Scoop spoonfuls onto the baking sheet and flatten slightly.

5. Bake for 12–15 minutes until edges are golden.

6. Cool on the sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a rack.

Notes

Choose very ripe bananas for best sweetness and texture.

For firmer cookies, use quick oats. For chewier texture, use old-fashioned oats.
