Ingredients
3 ripe bananas – peeled and sliced
1 cup fresh or frozen blackberries – rinsed and stems removed
1 cup heavy cream – for creaminess
1 cup whole milk – balances the texture
3/4 cup granulated sugar – sweetens and enhances flavor
2 teaspoons vanilla extract – adds warmth and aroma

Instructions
1. Peel and slice bananas. Rinse blackberries and toss with lemon juice.
2. Blend bananas, blackberries, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
3. Fold in heavy cream, milk, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
4. Cover and refrigerate for 1–2 hours to chill.
5. Pour into an ice cream maker and churn for 20–25 minutes until soft-serve consistency.
6. Transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours.
