Ingredients
12 slider buns
1 lb (450g) ground turkey
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ cup (120g) cranberry sauce
6 slices Swiss cheese, halved
1 cup (30g) arugula or spinach
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
2. Mix turkey, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; form into 12 patties.
3. Cook patties in olive oil for 3-4 minutes per side until 165°F (74°C).
4. Assemble buns with cranberry sauce, patties, cheese, and arugula; cap with tops.
5. Brush with butter, sprinkle thyme, cover with foil, and bake for 10-12 minutes.
