Ingredients
1/2 cup unsalted butter (113g)
1 cup granulated sugar (200g)
2 large eggs
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (30g)
1/2 cup all-purpose flour (60g)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
8 oz cream cheese, softened (226g)
1/4 cup granulated sugar (50g)
1 large egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional: 1/2 cup chocolate chips (85g)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F; line an 8×8 pan with parchment.
2. Melt butter, mix with sugar, eggs, vanilla; add cocoa, flour, salt.
3. Spread brownie batter in pan.
