Description
These Fried S’mores Bombs are crispy on the outside, gooey on the inside, filled with melted marshmallow and chocolate. A perfect quick and indulgent dessert!
Ingredients
8 large marshmallows
8 milk chocolate squares
8 refrigerated biscuit dough rounds
½ cup crushed graham crackers
Vegetable oil, for frying
Powdered sugar, for dusting (optional)
Instructions
1. Flatten each biscuit dough round into a 3-inch circle.
2. Place 1 marshmallow and 1 piece of chocolate in the center of each dough circle.
3. Fold the dough up and around the filling, pinching the seams tightly to seal.
4. Roll each sealed dough ball in crushed graham crackers to coat the outside.
5. Heat about 2 inches of vegetable oil in a deep skillet to 350°F (175°C).
6. Carefully fry the s’mores bombs in batches for 2–3 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown.
7. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
8. Dust with powdered sugar if desired. Serve warm and gooey!
Notes
Best served fresh.
Store leftovers in airtight container and reheat in oven or air fryer.
Use neutral oil for frying.
