Quick, cheesy, and irresistibly flavorful!

Ingredients

Scale

1 lb ground beef – juicy and flavorful base

6 slices bacon – adds smoky crispiness

4 oz cream cheese – creamy, melty texture

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese – sharp, classic flavor

1 tsp garlic powder – enhances buttery taste

1 tsp onion powder – adds savory depth

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce – rich umami flavor

Salt and pepper – to taste

1 sheet puff pastry – flaky, golden exterior

2 tbsp unsalted butter – brushed for crispiness

1 tsp fresh parsley (optional) – garnish and color

Optional: pickles, ketchup, mustard – classic burger toppings

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cook bacon until crisp; drain and chop.
  3. Brown ground beef in same skillet; season with garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Drain excess fat.
  4. Mix bacon, cream cheese, and cheddar into the beef.
  5. Roll out puff pastry and cut into 4 rectangles.
  6. Place filling along the center of each rectangle; fold and seal edges.
  7. Brush with melted garlic butter.
  8. Bake 18–22 minutes until golden and puffed.
  9. Cool 5 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.

Notes

Substitute pepper jack or mozzarella for cheddar for a different flavor.

Assemble rollups ahead of time and refrigerate for up to 24 hours before baking.

Freeze individually for up to 2 months; bake from frozen at 375°F for 20–25 minutes.

Add caramelized onions, mushrooms, or jalapeños to the filling for variety.

Avoid microwaving to keep puff pastry crisp; use oven for best results.
