Ingredients
8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
½ cup (120ml) mayonnaise
¼ cup (60g) sour cream
1 cup (100g) shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup (100g) shredded mozzarella cheese
8 oz (225g) lump crab meat, drained
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 1-quart dish.
2. Beat cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth.
3. Stir in cheddar, mozzarella, garlic, Worcestershire, Old Bay, salt, and pepper.
4. Fold in crab meat, half the green onions, and parsley.
