Description

These no-bake chocolate oatmeal bites are a quick, healthy snack packed with oats, peanut butter, and cocoa. Perfect for on-the-go energy and satisfying your chocolate cravings.


Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats

½ cup peanut butter (or almond butter)

⅓ cup honey (or maple syrup)

¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

23 tablespoons mini chocolate chips (optional)

12 tablespoons ground flaxseed or chia seeds (optional)


Instructions

1. Mix peanut butter, honey, vanilla, and cocoa powder until smooth.

2. Stir in oats, salt, and optional add-ins.

3. Fold in chocolate chips if using.

4. Chill mixture for 10–15 minutes.

5. Roll into bite-sized balls.

6. Store in airtight container in fridge.
