Description

Creamy, fresh, and easy No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Cups — perfect for a quick and delicious dessert that requires no oven.


Ingredients

8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup (120ml) heavy whipping cream

1/3 cup (65g) granulated sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup (120g) crushed graham crackers or digestive biscuits

3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped (plus extra for garnish)

2 tbsp strawberry jam or preserves (optional, for extra sweetness)


Instructions

1. In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.

2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

3. Gradually add the sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese, mixing until fully combined.

4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until light and fluffy.

5. In a small bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers and melted butter; mix until the crumbs are evenly coated.

6. Spoon a layer of the graham cracker crust into the bottom of serving cups or jars.

7. Add a layer of the cheesecake filling on top of the crust.

8. Add a spoonful of chopped strawberries and, if desired, a small dollop of strawberry jam.

9. Repeat the layers if your cups are tall, finishing with a layer of cheesecake and strawberries on top.

10. Refrigerate the cups for at least 2 hours or until set before serving.
