Description

These Oreo Cheesecake Balls are a creamy, no-bake dessert combining crushed Oreo cookies with rich cream cheese and a smooth chocolate coating. Easy to make and perfect for parties or quick treats, these bite-sized delights offer a delicious balance of crunchy and creamy textures that everyone will love.

Ingredients

Scale

36 Oreo cookies (regular, not Double Stuf)

8 oz cream cheese, softened

10 oz semisweet or milk chocolate, melted

Optional: crushed Oreos or sprinkles for topping

Instructions

1. Crush the Oreos in a food processor until fine crumbs.

2. Add the softened cream cheese and pulse until combined into a dough.

3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on parchment-lined baking sheet.

4. Freeze the balls for 20–30 minutes until firm.

5. Melt the chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.

6. Dip each ball into melted chocolate, letting excess drip off.

7. Place coated balls back on baking sheet and top with crushed Oreos or sprinkles.

8. Chill in fridge for 30 minutes until chocolate sets.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 2 months.

Use regular Oreos for best texture; Double Stuf may be too soft.

Can be made ahead and frozen for convenience.
