This Raspberry Cheesecake Parfait is a creamy, fruity no-bake dessert that’s easy to make and impossible to resist.
Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups raspberries
1.5 cups graham crumbs
2 tbsp butter
Instructions
1. Beat cream cheese
2. Add sugar & vanilla
3. Whip cream
4. Fold into cheese
5. Mix crumbs & butter
6. Layer in glasses
7. Top with raspberries
8. Chill & serve
Notes
Add lemon zest or use other berries for variation.
