1 box red velvet cake mix (or about 2 cups homemade red velvet cake, crumbled)

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

2 cups white chocolate chips or candy melts

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Red sprinkles or crushed red velvet cake crumbs (optional)

Instructions

1. Bake the red velvet cake and let cool completely.

2. Crumble the cooled cake into fine crumbs.

3. Mix in softened cream cheese and vanilla extract until combined.

4. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and freeze for 15–20 minutes.

5. Melt white chocolate chips in microwave in 30-second intervals.

6. Dip cake balls in melted chocolate, coat fully, and place on parchment.

7. Decorate with sprinkles or crumbs if desired.

8. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set before serving.
