1 cup (240ml) beef broth
½ cup (120ml) heavy cream
1 cup (100g) shredded cheddar cheese
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon paprika
1 cup (100g) frozen peas (optional)
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch dish.
2. Cook pasta shells until al dente, drain, and set aside.
3. Brown beef, onion, and garlic in olive oil, drain fat if needed.
4. Stir in soup, broth, cream, salt, pepper, and paprika; simmer 5 minutes, add peas if using.
