Ingredients

1 ½ cups granulated sugar

½ cup brown sugar, packed

2 large eggs

2 tsp vanilla extract

Optional: ¼ cup sprinkles or sanding sugar


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.

2. Whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.

3. Beat butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

4. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla, mixing until smooth.
