½ cup (120ml) vegetable oil

½ cup (115g) unsalted butter, softened
3 ½ cups (440g) powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ½ cups (250g) fresh strawberries, chopped
1 cup (175g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
½ cup (60g) shredded coconut (optional)
Instructions
