Description

Turkey Stuffing Balls are bite-sized bites of comfort! Packed with chopped turkey, seasoned stuffing, Parmesan, and fresh herbs, they bake golden and crisp while staying tender inside. Perfect for holiday appetizers, cozy weeknight sides, or party snacks. Serve with cranberry sauce or gravy for a flavor-packed, crowd-pleasing treat that’s simple to make and irresistible.

Ingredients

Scale

2 cups cooked turkey, finely chopped – Lean, flavorful protein that forms the base

3 cups prepared stuffing – Use your favorite boxed or homemade stuffing

2 large eggs – Helps bind the mixture so the balls hold their shape

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese – Adds a salty, umami depth

¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped – Brings brightness and freshness

1 tsp garlic powder – Subtle aromatic boost

½ tsp onion powder – Enhances savory notes

½ tsp dried sage – Complements the classic stuffing flavors

¼ tsp black pepper – Gentle kick to round out the seasoning

Cooking spray or olive oil – For lightly coating the baking sheet

Optional: 1–2 tbsp chicken or turkey broth – Adjust moisture if needed

Optional: cranberry sauce for dipping – Sweet-tart pairing for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Combine chopped turkey and prepared stuffing in a large mixing bowl
  3. Add eggs, Parmesan, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, sage, and pepper; mix until combined
  4. If mixture is too dry, add 1–2 tablespoons of broth; if too wet, add more stuffing
  5. Scoop about 2 tablespoons of mixture and roll into balls, placing on prepared baking sheet
  6. Bake for 18–22 minutes, rotating halfway, until golden brown and firm
  7. Let the balls rest for 3–4 minutes before serving
  8. Serve warm with cranberry sauce, gravy, or honey mustard
  9. Optional: brush with olive oil before baking for extra crispiness

Notes

These balls freeze well for up to 3 months. Reheat in oven to maintain crispiness.
