Description
This white chocolate caramel fudge with pecans is rich, creamy, and packed with gooey caramel and crunchy toasted nuts. It’s the perfect make-ahead dessert for gifting, holidays, or whenever you need a quick no-bake treat. Each square is a sweet bite of melt-in-your-mouth goodness.
Ingredients
3 cups white chocolate chips
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
1 cup chopped pecans, toasted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
2. Melt white chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk over low heat, stirring until smooth.
3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and salt.
4. Fold in chopped pecans (reserve some for topping).
5. Spread half of the mixture in the pan and smooth it out.
6. Drizzle with half of the caramel sauce and swirl gently.
7. Repeat with remaining fudge and caramel, then swirl again.
8. Sprinkle reserved pecans on top.
9. Refrigerate 2–3 hours until set.
10. Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
Wrap tightly and freeze for up to 2 months.
